Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following policy outlines when and how refunds and returns are handled.

Eligibility

  • Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable).
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons. This applies to all consumables including shilajit, dried herbs, tinctures, Amanita muscaria, and Blue Lotus.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping).

How to Request a Refund

Email roger@optimalalchemy.org with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return
  4. A photo of the product (especially for damaged items)

We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be refunded.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
  • We recommend a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it follows the return policy above.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are governed by a separate wholesale agreement. Standard return policy does not apply unless specifically referenced in that agreement.
