Welcome to Optimal Alchemy. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Optimal Alchemy website (optimalalchemy.org) and any products purchased through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Optimal Alchemy. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Some products may have additional age, regional, or use restrictions noted on the product page.
3. Products and Use
Optimal Alchemy sells dried herbs, herbal tinctures, shilajit, Amanita muscaria caps, blue lotus, and other traditional botanicals. Our products are sold for personal use as botanical or wellness supplements only. They are not pharmaceutical drugs. You assume full responsibility for how you use them, including consulting a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
4. No Medical Claims
The information on our website, product pages, blog, and packaging is for educational and informational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new supplement.
5. Geographic Restrictions
Some of our products are subject to U.S. state and local laws and may not be available in all regions. By placing an order, you confirm that the products are legal to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order destined for a region where the product is restricted. Specifically:
- Amanita muscaria products are not available for shipment to Louisiana.
- Blue lotus products are not available for shipment to Louisiana.
- We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept the major credit cards displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within the continental United States. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — text, images, logos, product photography, blog posts — is owned by Optimal Alchemy LLC or licensed to it and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimal Alchemy LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimal Alchemy LLC and its members from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any product.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
